Caramel pudding

Ingredients:
6 eggs
3 spoonful skimmed milk
2 cans of plain water
1 can sweetened milk
a drop of vanilla essence
(6+3+2+1 formula, easy to remember)

Caramel: two spoonful sugar

1. Prepare the caramel first. Heat the sugar so it turns into (brown) caramel. Leave it to cool and hardened.
2. In another pot, mix all the ingredients and pour it onto the hardened caramel.
3. Steam it for 30 mins.
4. Leave it to cool. It's best consumed after chilling it in the freezer for at least an hour.

Pasta Carbonara

Feeling tired/lazy to cook? Try this, and still get a great meal. (estimated cooking time: 20-30 mins)

Ingredients:
A packet of pasta (any type)
Garlic
Onion
Black pepper
Oregano leaves
Butter
Wheat flour
Milk (Ideal)
Button mushroom
Sausages
Chicken cubes/powder
Water
Salt

Carbonara sauce:
1. Fry the chopped onions & garlic in the melted butter
2. Add oregano, black pepper
3. Add wheat flour, fry till yellowish
4. Add water, stir
5. When smooth, add the sliced sausages & button mushrooms
6. Add Ideal milk, chicken cubes, salt

Pasta:
1. Fry some chopped onions & garlic in two spoons of olive oil/margarine/butter
2. Add oregano, black pepper, salt
3. Add pasta

That's it!
